2. Damaged or Defective Products
Every LoveLuxToys order undergoes quality checks before dispatch. However, in the rare event that your product arrives damaged or defective, we will arrange a replacement following proper verification.
Unboxing Video — Mandatory for Claims
To ensure transparency and fairness, a clear and uninterrupted unboxing video is mandatory for any damage or defect claim.
The video must clearly capture:
- The sealed outer parcel before opening
- The complete unboxing process without edits or pauses
- The damaged or defective product clearly visible
This requirement protects both our customers and our brand from fraudulent or incomplete claims.
Reporting Timeline
- You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Claims raised after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Please note: Claims submitted without a proper unboxing video cannot be processed.
3. Return & Replacement Processing Time
If a return or exchange is approved:
- The product (if required) must reach our facility for inspection.
- Inspection and verification are completed within 4–7 business days of receipt.
- After approval, the replacement or refund process will be initiated promptly.
Refund timelines may vary depending on your original payment method and banking procedures.
4. Non-Returnable Circumstances
For hygiene, safety, and quality assurance, the following are not eligible for return or refund:
